Agreed. But cancelling isn't very good either.

In any case we should probably have noticed that it was Father's Day  
before now, and in either case I can't make it this weekend. If there  
are enough people to meet with Jim he could do it this weekend and we  
could wait until next month. I'm probably making this more complicated  
than it should be.
